Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Oikko Store.

 

Policy

We recommend contacting us for assistance if the product is defective/ damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery. The return and replacement window would be open for 3 days after delivery. The product will be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

If your product is eligible for a refund, the shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product. The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method and number of financial institution involved which may take 5-15 business days. You can also ask for product replacement. The product will be replaced depending upon the validity of the claim, suppliers’ terms and availability of the replacement.
